Do not think in BLUE!
At first you thought that color, BLUE!!
The same thing happens when we communicate the rules to our children when we tell them:
Do not scream! Non pules! Do not run! Do not be rude! In this communication we remind them of what we do not want them to do.
Use positive verbal communication, when you want to communicate the rules to their children choose to say:
Speak Quietly! Walk slowly! Be polite! Respect people!
