Online job interview, you need to know ...

1. Adjust your webcam and face to stay centered and focused.
2. Watch the scene behind him, the background should be neutral, white wall, without visible objects.
3. Keep quiet and controlled gestures, avoid rocking the chair.
4. Look directly into the camera, as if it was a look in the eye.
5. Dress like you were in a job interview in person. Dress as the position you are applying for.
